Terms & Conditions For PrimeClean Experts
1. Introduction
Welcome to PrimeClean Experts! By booking our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, which outline our obligations as a service provider and your rights as a customer under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
2. Definitions
- “Client” refers to the person or entity booking and paying for the service.
- “PrimeClean Experts” refers to the service provider delivering cleaning services.
- “Services” refers to the cleaning tasks as agreed upon in the service quote or booking.
3. Scope of Services
- We provide cleaning services including Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Basic Cleaning, and Weekly/Monthly Cleaning.
- Specific tasks and the scope of work will be outlined in the booking confirmation.
4. Bookings and Payments
- Bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, phone, or our website.
- A deposit may be required for certain services.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur a penalty fee of 5% of the total invoice amount, applied weekly.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
- Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of $50.
6. Health and Safety
- Our team adheres to New Zealand’s Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
- Clients must ensure the property is safe for our team to access and work. Hazards must be disclosed in advance.
7. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
- Our services come with guarantees as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- If services are not performed with reasonable care and skill, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost.
8. Liability
- PrimeClean Experts takes exceptional care to handle your property and belongings with the utmost attention and professionalism during cleaning services.
- Despite our diligence, we cannot accept responsibility for any accidental damage, loss, or incidents that may occur during the service.
- The client is solely responsible for ensuring the property is safe, secure, and free from hazards prior to the commencement of cleaning.
- By booking our services, the client agrees that PrimeClean Experts will not be held liable for any accidents, damages, or unforeseen issues that may arise during or as a result of the cleaning process.
- For pre-existing conditions or fragile items, clients must notify us in advance so we can take additional precautions where possible.
- Claims for damages must be made within 24 hours of the service.
9. Privacy Policy
- We comply with the Privacy Act 2020 to protect client information.
- Personal data collected is used solely for booking and service delivery purposes.
10. Force Majeure
- PrimeClean Experts will not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
11. Termination of Services
- PrimeClean Experts reserves the right to terminate services if:
- Unsafe working conditions are present.
- Clients engage in abusive or unlawful behavior.
12. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiations.
- If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation under New Zealand law.
13. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
- PrimeClean Experts reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Clients are encouraged to review our Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current Terms and Conditions.
